About the Event
-Early Set up on Friday evening - November 12 - 5 pm to 8 pm
-Saturday morning the doors open at 7:30 am for Vendors to finish setting up. Be ready to sell at 8:30 am.
-Bring your own tables and supplies. Two chairs will be provided at each 10 x 10 space.
-Vendors must dispose of any and all trash in your booth area - containers provided.

-The internet at the Van UMC does not work well in the Family Life Center. If you have a Verizon hot spot, you might want to bring it to see if it will work. The metal roofing causes issues with internet.
- By signing up for this event: You achknowledge that you release the Van Area Chamber or Van United Methodist Church from all responsibilities for damages or injuries which may occur during the Holly Berry Holiday Bazaar activities. We further acknowledge that we have read the rules for the Holly Berry Holiday Bazaar and agree to follow said rules as stated on the brochure.
